We’re Enterprise Mobility, a family-owned, global leader with a portfolio of well-known brands including Enterprise Rent-A-Car. With a turnover of $35 billion and nearly 90,000 employees across 95 countries, we have grown from a small startup over 65 years ago to a leading mobility company.
Join us as a Graduate Management Trainee and enjoy the freedom to explore your potential and develop your career. Our program begins with a virtual classroom orientation, followed by hands-on training at a branch office where you'll learn valuable business skills from experienced mentors, including our current CEO, who started as a graduate.
This training provides a comprehensive understanding of our business, emphasizing a promote-from-within culture that nurtures skills in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service.
As you advance, more opportunities will open up. Many graduates choose to continue climbing within our Rental Operations managerial track, potentially becoming a Branch Manager within two years, responsible for your own team and profits. Alternatively, explore other areas such as Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, or Marketing.
We prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion, and are recognized as a leader in these areas, being listed among The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality, Stonewall's Top 100 LGBTQ+ Employers, a Disability Confident Leader, and within the top 25 of the Social Mobility Employer Index.
Enterprise Mobility remains family-owned, with our CEO Chrissy Taylor being the third generation of the Taylor family to lead the company, ensuring stability and a focus on long-term success.
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make impactful business decisions, develop new business, manage relationships, understand cost control, and learn to read P&L statements. You will also learn to deliver exceptional customer service and develop skills in communication, influence, sales, problem-solving, and conflict management.
Throughout the program, you'll learn to mentor and manage staff, with opportunities for pay increases and promotions based on your development.
