Sitting within the Operational Service Centre (OSC) Leadership Team, this role offers real influence—supporting the development of colleagues, embedding best practice, and ensuring operational consistency across a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
The Opportunity
You’ll be at the heart of capability building—designing and delivering training, improving processes, and working closely with stakeholders to drive performance across the business. This is a highly visible role with clear progression opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Design and deliver engaging training programmes for new and existing employees
• Map and improve operational processes to drive efficiency and service quality
• Facilitate training across classroom, remote, and on-the-job environments
• Conduct competency assessments and identify skills gaps
• Implement follow-up and remedial training to improve performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational and contractual standards
• Support e-learning development and explore innovative training methods
