Responsibilities: Analyse, map and redesign business processes to improve efficiency within Salesforce. Build and maintain process documentation. Lead best practice for integrating Salesforce across business areas, advising stakeholders accordingly. Drive process efficiency programmes across the Salesforce platform. Partner with a Business Excellence function to lead process improvement projects (timelines, resources, change control).
