From NASA and the European Space Agency to CERN, our high-precision products are trusted by world-leading institutions and researchers to deliver results.We are now recruiting for a Production Scheduler to support us in maintaining and supporting our forward-looking scheduling function for all products.You will interact with Cell Leaders to ensure On-time Delivery across the business and ensure all of the relevant processes and procedures are adhered to.Additionally, as our Production Scheduler, you will:Be involved in order inputting, liaising with Sales on delivery dates, agree delivery dates prior to Order InputInteract between Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain functionsMaximise use of the order management system and ensure visibility of all ordersProduce and publish metrics as requiredMaximise our Shipping Performance and achieves our On-time Delivery GoalsTake ownership of, and plan all products through Manufacturing CellsIdentify critical items and issues, and resolve themInvestigate available capacity vs. likely loadSupport function for team members in production and purchasing during absencesAs part of your normal duties you may be required to travel to and work at client premises or other locations as reasonably necessary for the proper performance of your duties.While your normal place of work will be Lower Dicker, you agree to undertake such travel as is reasonably required by the Company.
