Reward Analyst – Professional Services – Permanent – Hybrid – Manchester – Up to £60K
We have partnered with a leading professional services firm who are looking to appoint a Reward Analyst to join their specialist HR team in Manchester. This is a key role supporting the delivery of compensation and benefits programmes across UK and international offices.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering benchmarking, pay review analytics and contributing to global reward projects aligned with the firm’s people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Support annual salary and bonus review processes
* Conduct benchmarking and job evaluation (WTW methodology preferred)
* Deliver data-driven insights to inform compensation and benefits strategy
* Support the review and enhancement of benefits offerings
* Provide expert advice on reward and recognition practices
* Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure equitable and competitive reward frameworks
* Contribute to reward-related projects across the wider HR function
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a reward or compensation analyst role, ideally within legal or professional services
* Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
* Familiarity with benchmarking tools and methodologies (e.g. Willis Towers Watson)
* High attention to detail and experience handling sensitive data
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholder engagement experience
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities effectively
