Temporary Vacancy – HR Business Partner
Location: Hybrid – Travel required between Cringleford NR4 and St. Ives PE27
Daily Rate: PAYE or via Umbrella Co.
Contract length: 2 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, hours per week
We are seeking two experienced HR Business Partners on a short-term assignment. This is a hybrid role requiring regular travel between sites and offers an exciting opportunity to provide strategic and operational HR support across multiple services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with Community Unit and Service Leads to deliver professional, customer-focused HR advice and people solutions.
2. Act as a subject matter expert on HR and workforce management, supporting policy integration and best practice.
3. Lead on recruitment and retention strategies in collaboration with the Recruitment and Retention Business Partner Lead.
4. Support workforce planning, ensuring realistic and measurable plans are in place.
5. Advise and lead on key HR activities including Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Wellbeing, and staff engagement.
6. Manage workforce issues and major change programmes.
Candidate Requirements:
7. CIPD qualified or equivalent (postgraduate diploma/Masters level).
8. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
9. Line management and performance management experience.
10. Strong experience in writing consultation papers and reports.
