About the Role We're looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Assistants. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of Southwestern Railway, helping create a safe, positive, and friendly station environment for all passengers. Working at our automatic ticket gate lines, you'll support customers with confidence and professionalism-ensuring smooth station operations while always delivering excellent customer service.
