Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Cashier/Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a professional phone etiquette, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
Duties
* Greet and assist customers as they arrive, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Manage phone calls, responding to inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
* Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records in both physical and digital formats.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organising documents, and maintaining office supplies.
* Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Experience
* Previous office experience is preferred, showcasing familiarity with administrative processes.
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
* Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact positively with customers and colleagues alike.

Pay: £3,250.00-£16,250.00 per year
