Male PE Teacher – Middlesbrough

We’re looking for a Male PE Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Middlesbrough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to both lessons and extracurricular activities.
You'll be helping students develop confidence, teamwork, resilience, and healthy habits that last far beyond the school gates.
What you'll be doing
* Planning and delivering engaging PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Teaching a broad range of sports and physical activities
* Creating an inclusive environment where every student feels encouraged to participate
* Monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback
* Supporting extracurricular clubs, fixtures, and school sporting events
* Building positive relationships with students and staff
We're looking for someone who
* Holds UK QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Has experience teaching PE within a UK secondary school
* Can deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students
* Has strong behaviour management skills
* Is passionate about promoting physical wellbeing and healthy lifestyles
* Enjoys being part of a supportive school community
