What you’ll do: Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – plus fine dining for special events. Work as part of a skilled team and coach new colleagues to maintain high standards. Follow recipe cards to deliver consistent, delicious dishes. Manage stock, assist with deliveries, and keep kitchen records up to date. Monitor food safety – temperatures, storage, and due diligence paperwork. Help with daily and weekly deep cleans to keep the kitchen spotless. What we’re looking for: Relevant culinary qualification (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent). A confident chef with great teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility and creativity in the kitchen.
