DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role We are seeking a motivated, hands-on, and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to join our Global IT team, with a primary focus on coordinating and driving the EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) project. This role requires close collaboration across IT, Finance, and business stakeholders, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the EPM Program Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong project management capabilities combined with a solid understanding of analytical structures, performance measurement frameworks, ERP data models, and financial data flows. Knowledge of NetSuite or SAP is a strong plus. You will be responsible for coordinating all IT-related tasks within the EPM project, ensuring alignment with the program roadmap, and supporting the successful delivery of the EPM solution. As the Global IT Project Manager (EPM), you will: - EPM Project Coordination (Primary Focus) Act as the central IT coordinator for the EPM project, ensuring clear communication and alignment with the EPM Program Manager. Understand and translate EPM analytical structures, performance measurement models, and data requirements into actionable IT deliverables. Coordinate data integration activities between ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP) and the EPM platform. Work closely with data owners to ensure consistency, quality, and readiness of source data. - Project Planning & Execution Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources. Manage IT tasks from initiation to delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved. Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution. Monitor project progress, adapt plans as needed, and ensure adherence to scope and budget. - Stakeholder Communication Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations. Ensure alignment between IT, Finance, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Risk & Issue Management Identify project risks and define mitigation strategies. Manage issues proactively, escalating as necessary. Ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly. - Quality & Documentation Produce and maintain all project documentation: plans, logs, test results, status reports, and post-project reviews. Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and business requirements. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you The ideal Global IT Project Manager (EPM) Experience & certification Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, particularly in the IT industry Proven experience coordinating cross-functional IT projects, ideally involving financial systems or EPM tools. Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP) and understanding underlying data models. Familiarity with Agile or project management methodologies (ACP, Scrum Master, PMP) are a plus. Skills Strong understanding of data structures, performance measurement frameworks, and analytical reporting flows. Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on mindset with the ability to deep dive into data and technical topics. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello). Solid knowledge of IT systems, software development processes, and integration concepts.
