Neighbourhood Housing Lead – East and East Anglia We’re seeking a dedicated and proactive Neighbourhood Housing Lead to oversee the delivery of exceptional housing services across East and East Anglia, supporting residents and communities to thrive. Contract Details: Type: Permanent Hours: Full time (35 hours per week) Working Arrangement: Agile – 1–2 days office/patch attendance required Patch Location: East and East Anglia (various sites) Salary: £35,951 – £39,531 (depending on experience) Additional Allowance: £1,300 Essential Car User Allowance (if criteria met) Closing Date: 29th April 2025 at 11pm Key Responsibilities: Deliver a high-quality housing management service to tenants and leaseholders Manage and resolve tenancy breaches and anti-social behaviour cases Ensure properties and communal areas are safe, clean, and compliant Build strong relationships with residents, partners, and internal teams Actively contribute to service improvement and community wellbeing initiatives Requirements: Experience in neighbourhood or tenancy housing management Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills Confidence working independently across a wide geographic area Resident-focused with a commitment to inclusive, high-impact services Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (for ECUA eligibility) Why Apply?
