Job Title: Global Programme Manager
Salary: Up to £92,000 + bonus + benefits.
Relocation: Relocation Support Available.
TEC Partners are recruiting on behalf of a leading global engineering and manufacturing business for a highly experienced Global Programme Manager. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programmes, with a particular focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) or New Product Development (NPD).
Key Responsibilities
* Lead global NPI programmes from concept through to launch
* Manage schedules, resources, budgets and risk across multiple projects
* Work closely with international stakeholders and technical teams
* Ensure governance, quality, and compliance standards are upheld
* Present progress to senior leadership and mentor internal project teams
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 5 years’ technical programme management experience
* At least 2 years in a leadership role
* Background in electronics, engineering, or similar technical domain.
* Examples of sectors would be R&D, Electronic Manufacturing or Aerospace/Defence (i.e Highly regulated industries)
* Industry-recognised programme/project management qualification (APM, PMP, PRINCE2)
* Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office suite
* Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
