Corporate & Commercial Solicitor - Gloucester Competitive salary + benefits A respected, multi office commercial law firm is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join its established Gloucester team. The Role
You’ll take on a broad caseload of non contentious commercial matters, working closely with senior lawyers and the Head of Department. The work is varied and interesting, including:
* Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and T&Cs
* IT, e commerce and software agreements
* Agency, supply, manufacturing and franchise arrangements
* Joint ventures and collaboration projects
* Data protection and IP related commercial work
* Assisting with corporate transactions and due diligence
* Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor (SRA registered) with 4+ years' PQE in commercial work
* Exposure to corporate transactional matters
* Strong communication and client facing skills
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
* Organised, proactive and commercially minded
