Overview
Project Partner (Recruitment Consultant) — join the Future of Work at Malt, Europe’s leading freelance marketplace connecting freelancers with companies. You will be the link between Malt's clients and our consultants, translating business needs into identifying the best profiles and managing the full lifecycle of candidate search and engagement to deliver exceptional experiences for clients and freelancers alike.
Key Responsibilities
* Find the best freelancers and consultants to meet key account needs and act as a strong project partner for clients using insights on the freelance market
* Work with the sales team and build proactive, solid relationships, becoming a trusted partner
* Advise clients on writing strong technical briefings to attract top talent
* Conduct occasional qualification interviews with freelancers and consultants at the client’s request
* Become an expert on the Malt algorithm and associated best practices
* Advise freelancers on building powerful profiles and train them on good interview practices
* Operate in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, occasionally carrying out duties outside of your remit
About You
* You bring 3+ years of proven experience, with a background in recruitment or talent acquisition
* Ideally you have a deep understanding of working with tech/IT, consulting, or sales profiles
* Results-driven with a passion for a people-oriented function
* Experience in fast-growing B2B environments or agencies and managed major client accounts is preferred
* You go above and beyond your own goals, adding value to your team and colleagues
* You are comfortable working with tight deadlines and adept at managing time-sensitive projects
