We are currently seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator (Phlebotomy & IV Therapy) with cannulation experience to join our team. This is a front-facing, key role that combines patient interaction, IV therapy, and general clinic support. We’re looking for someone confident, organised, and friendly who can take ownership of the front-of-house clinical flow while delivering a seamless patient experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a dynamic and varied role with both clinical and administrative responsibilities. You'll play a central part in our patient journey, including:
* Phlebotomy: Performing blood draws with skill, professionalism, and care
* Cannulation & IV Therapy: Setting up and monitoring IV infusions for wellness treatments (must have proven cannulation experience)
* Front of House Lead: Welcoming patients, managing the waiting area, and coordinating with the clinical team for a smooth patient flow
* Reception Support: Handling calls, scheduling appointments, responding to patient queries (especially during busy periods)
* Clinical Room Prep: Keeping treatment rooms tidy, well-stocked, and ready for use
* Diagnostic & Wellness Assistance: Supporting with sample handling, data entry, and assisting in wellness-related services
* Team Collaboration: Working closely with doctors, nurses, and admin to ensure an exceptional patient experience
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical admin / phlebotomy role
* Must be certified and experienced in cannulation
* Confident setting up and monitoring IV drips
* Friendly, patient-focused, and highly professional
* Able to take initiative and manage front-of-house clinical operations independently
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Eligible to work in the UK
