Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and well-structured science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Foster a classroom culture of curiosity, respect, and high expectations.
* Plan, assess, and adapt lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners.
* Support students in developing scientific knowledge and skills through practical work and enquiry-based learning.
* Contribute to curriculum development and subject enrichment opportunities.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to school initiatives.
* Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies at all times.



Qualifications and Experience:

* QTS or expected QTS by September 2025.
* A degree in a science-related subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or combined).
* Open to Early Career Teachers and experienced practitioners.
* A creative, adaptable teaching approach with strong classroom management.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Commitment to inclusive, student-focused teaching.
* Willingness to take part in wider school life and professional development.
