Role: Vehicle Technician Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday day shift or 4on 4off 7:00-19:00 Salary: Up to 45,000k per annum Role Duties: Carry out general servicing of vehicles and repairs Diagnose problems on vehicles in the workshop and if needed undertake electrical diagnosis Ensure all the relevant documentation is accurately completed and procedures are followed Complete ramp testing Test drive vehicles to identify performance issues and ensure repairs are successful Keep accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and repairs completed Assist in training new mechanics Personal Requirements: Qualified to City and Guilds, NVQ or IMI qualified to Level 2 or 3 Full UK or EU Driving Licence with the ability to drive automatic and manual cars Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanical Technician, Road Tester, Mechanical Inspector, Mobile Technician, Roadside /Recovery Mechanic, Car Mechanic, HGV Mechanic Qualifications you can gain whilst working for us: IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Repair and Maintenance for our Level 2 qualified technicians IMI Level 2 and 3 in Electric Vehicles Repair and Maintenance MOT Tester Qualification Why choose BCA?
