We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join our Global Market Intelligence & Customer Insights team based in the UK.
The successful applicant will coordinate the collection and communication of Market Intelligence that informs GVA and Agency management of market dynamics and trends with commentary on the potential impact on the business with recommended courses of action for consideration.
They will excel in the collation of a wide variety of secondary data sources to build and communicate a concise picture of the opportunities and risks that current and forecasted market trends offer MSC. They will also support the delivery of commercial results through professional Customer Insight programmes which will include market segmentation, customer research, customer journey mapping, measurement, and feedback.

Skills and experience you’ll bring to us
1. University degree or equivalent qualification
2. Strong customer-centric mindset
3. Proficient in data analysis and segmentation
4. Expertise in customer journey design, mapping, and measurement
5. Skilled in presenting insights and recommendations
6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
7. Excellent copywriting and communication skills
8. Proactive, confident, and self-motivated
9. Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal abilities
10. Effective project support and collaboration
How you will help us and what you can expect
As a truly customer centric thinker, you will co-ordinate market intelligence and customer insight programmes across Regions in the following areas:
11. Deliver the collection and interpretation of rounded market intelligence and customer insight from relevant internal and external sources
12. Including implementation and communication of regular management reports and customer satisfaction studies
13. Identify and highlight trends that can be used to inform key business decisions
14. Work closely with other key departments, identify customer experience improvements and ensure these changes positively impact on the customer as well as growth and profitability KPIs
15. Coordinate the identification and selection of target market segments and support the delivery of market segment and experience strategies
16. As a member of the Global Marketing Team always live the Brand and make positive contribution to projects / work across the team, as required from time-to-time.
17. Contribute towards further embedding of a customer-centric culture across the business
18. Support the Global Market Intelligence & Customer Insights Manager in the delivery of the Global Market Intelligence and Customer Insights strategy and function
