Roles and Responsibilities:
* Providing support with personal care needs
* Providing support with nutrition and hydration needs
* Providing support with medication
* Providing support with manual handling transfers

Experience and Suitability:
For this particular role, we are looking for Care Assistants with previous experience of working with adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.We want to ensure our customer receives the very best care and to do that we need people who are naturally compassionate, caring, and patient. We want a team who genuinely cares for each of our customers as if it was their own family.
We provide a detailed induction training programme to all our staff in addition to shadowing, to ensure all our staff are not only competent but confident in what they do. You will have a dedicated mentor that will provide you with ongoing support throughout your probation period.
* Experience of supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and orAutism
* Full UK driving licence
* Access to a car
* The Right to Work in the UK
* Excellent level of English (both spoken and written)
* Patience and understanding
* A warm friendly smile
Working Patterns:
We understand that every member of our team has their own family to care for and a life outside of work, this is why we offer the flexibility of either full time or part time hours. Our dedicated Care Coordinator will support you to ensure you have a working pattern that suits YOU! Please note alternate weekend working is essential to the role.
