SEN Teaching Assistant - September Start Location: Bromley Full-time | Term Time Only Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are currently working in partnership with a warm and inclusive school who are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs. Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs and other support staff to deliver tailored interventions. Support students in accessing the curriculum and developing social and communication skills. Create a safe, positive and nurturing learning environment for all pupils.What We're Looking For: We're keen to hear from candidates who have: Previous experience supporting children with SEN (either in a school, care, or youth work setting). A calm, patient and adaptable approach to working with children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine desire to support the learning and development of children with additional needs.Qualifications such as a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant certificate, Team Teach, or relevant SEN training are desirable but not essential.
