Hours: 2 Days x 2 Hours - 4 Hours total per week (Flexible start times)

Job Purpose
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Operative to oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities
* Conduct regular inspections of cleaning areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
* Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to address any issues or concerns promptly.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed, supplies used, and staff attendance.
* Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and report any repairs or replacements needed.
* Promote a positive team environment through motivation, feedback, and recognition of good performance.
Requirements
* Experience within the cleaning or facilities management sector preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions.
* Good understanding of health & safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations.
