As Brand Manager, you will manage one of the brands biggest portfolio's and will be tasked with highly influencing the innovation and brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Identify opportunities to build growth plans in line with business targets.
* Build a strong activation plan in line with the brand objectives.
* Work with the shopper team to implement engaging branded activations within key retailers.
* Support the Marketing Manager on identifying from the global pipeline the next big UK NPD and lead the go to market plans including benchmarking, initiative sizing, retailer sell-in and launch activation.
* Support the Marketing Manager on defining the media strategy of the brand.
The Successful candidate will:
* Have a minimum of 3 years experience in FMCG marketing in the UK Food sector
* Experience using systems such as Nielsen/IRI/Kantar
* Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and spoken English, and the ability to communicate with clarity.
