Controlsoft, a rapidly growing electronic security business, is currently looking for a Customer Services Coordinator for the administration of customer orders
The key responsibilities of the Customer Services Support will include:
* Manage order related administration & workflow
* Allocate stock to orders
* Advise Customers of delivery dates
* Liaise with warehouse team on dispatch issues and requests
* Co-ordinate the raising and processing of Return Material Authorisation (RMA's)
* Manage back orders & communication with Customers
* Raise purchase orders for stock
* Communicate with suppliers for stock deliveries and dates
Key Performance Indicators:
* All orders processed in a timely manner
* Returns logged and tracked in a timely manner
* All calls to be answered in a timely manner
* All emails to be answered in a timely manner
* Internal communication, in order to sort out any issue that arises which may affect the Customer
The ideal Candidate will:
* Expertise in managing multiple cases and adhering to SLAs/KPIs
* Be flexible and able to react quickly to the changing demands of the customer
* Be able to work accurately in pressure situations.
* Have good computer knowledge (including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Sage 50) with the ability to pick things up quickly
* Have good communication skills and establish successful working relationships
* Have good organisational skills
* Show a good work ethic and be a team player
* Keen attention to detail
* Strong numeracy skills
* Previous experience with Sage 50 Accounts
