We are delighted to be working with a leading Agent in the Ipswich area, who are currently looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their successful and friendly team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and proven Mortgage Advisor, who will benefit from a high level of quality leads and the ability to offer Mortgage products from over 100 lenders. This role offers a basic salary plus commission levels ranging from 20-25%
Working hours:
1. Full Time
2. Monday – Friday and alternate Saturdays (with lieu day provided)
The successful Mortgage and Protection Advisor will be offered:
3. Basic Salary up to £25,000
4. Strong Commission structure ranging from 20-25%
5. OTE £50,000 - £70,000
Mortgage and Protection Advisor requirements:
6. Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
7. Ability to deal with 1st appointments and subsequent sign-ups.
8. Full CeMAP qualification
Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage and Protection Advisor:
9. Giving face-to-face advice on Mortgages and Protection
10. Signing up Mortgage and Protection business
11. Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
