The Role
As Sales Team Manager, you’ll take ownership of the performance and success of your sales team — driving results, developing people, and shaping the future of our sales operation.
You’ll be responsible for:

Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of outbound phone-based sales staff.

Monitoring performance and ensuring KPIs and quality standards are met.

Implementing strategies to increase conversion rates, sales quality, and customer satisfaction.

Recruiting, training, and developing team members to reach their full potential.

Working closely with senior management to deliver ambitious growth plans.
About You
You’ll be an experienced leader with a proven track record in managing outbound B2C sales teams.
You’ll bring energy, structure, and accountability to the team — as well as the ability to get the best from people through positive leadership and a focus on results.
You’ll need:
✅ Previous experience managing outbound phone-based sales staff.
✅ A strong background in leading B2C sales teams.
✅ Excellent people management and coaching skills.
