About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Team Leader to join our team. As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Team Members, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and performance.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational. This includes managing diligence checks and stock accuracy to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance leadership and support for their team while working on the shop floor.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £13.65 per hour, plus regular overtime opportunities. Job Requirements:

* Team Development: Develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is valued and respected.
* Store Operations: Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational by managing diligence checks and stock accuracy.
* Support and Leadership: Support your Store Manager by deputising when they're not working and delivering a variety of HR processes.
* Community Involvement: Build relationships and get involved in your local community, supporting your Store Manager with the delivery of the local Co-op community plan.
