Job - Engineering Operations Supervisor Location: Surrey Term- Permanent Full-time Salary - £40,000-£45,000 We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Engineering Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of our engineering and technical operations team. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to streamline processes, ensure timely project execution, and uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role serves as a bridge between engineering, production, and maintenance functions, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement. The Engineering Operations Supervisor will ideally have the following attributes: • HNC/D qualified in Manufacturing/Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent time-served experience. • 5+ years of relevant experience in an engineering or technical operations role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity. • Strong understanding of engineering processes, equipment maintenance, and operational best practices. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus. • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate across departments. • Lean Six Sigma experience would be beneficial.
