The Business:

Key Responsibilities:
* Categories covered: HR (recruitment, benefits, learning and development, CRM) as well as ad hoc professional services
* You will be expected to develop and implement category strategy as well as deliver key projects in a hands on role
* Some key projects on the horizon include a global recruitment review, as well as a HR system consolidation
* Whilst the Procurement team have some good buy-in, they are still going on their procurement maturity journey. As such they need someone who can continue to build strong stakeholder relationships and continue to drive procurement's reputation forward
Key Skills:
* Must have strong examples of driving savings and added value within the HR category area
* Someone who knows what good looks like in terms of procurement 'best practice' and can apply this in a mutli-regional environment
* Excellent interpersonal skills in order to build strong stakeholder relationships
* Comfortable presenting and interacting with senior leadership to C-Suite level
* MCIPS/CIPS/Degree would be useful but not essential
