Apprentice Administration - Greater ManchesterJob DescriptionThis role will be supporting the Defence and Nuclear Operations Support Team in their administration duties by supporting with the Security Vetting Process, the management of the Memberships within the Sector including invoices and events, as well as assisting the team with holiday cover where required.Due to the role being within our Nuclear and Defence sector, candidates will be required to be eligible to security clearance. Responsibilities Maintain the Personnel Vetting Register to ensure all data and information is up to date. Review the status of BPSS and NSV Clearances, liaising with applicants where necessary. Assist Security Coordinator with New BPSS / NSV Clearance Requests once fully trained. Support with maintaining and updating the D&NE Memberships. Assist with the processing of Invoices. Assisting the Operations Support Team in the organising and coordinating of Sector Events. Assisting the Operations Support Team with general administrative tasks and holiday cover where required. Interacting with stakeholders either by phone, email or in person and building relationships Working towards your formal qualification. Keeping a work diary outlining your training progress throughout your apprenticeship.
