Position: Operations Administrator

Location: Markethill, Armagh

Type: Full-Time

Salary: £28k

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, between 8am to 5pm, dependent on business requirements

With branches in Markethill Co. Armagh, Roosky, Co. Roscommon, Sandbach Cheshire and Basingstoke Hampshire. We are continuing to grow and are seeking a reliable and proactive Field Sales Representative & Delivery Driver to join our successful team in Markethill

Role overview

The Operations Administrator will support the day-to-day activities of the commercial operation, the position will include dealing with sales enquiries, completing quotations, general administration duties and maintaining accurate records within the business always ensuring accuracy and efficiency. There will also be the requirement to assist the Warehouse staff during busy periods and a FLT License would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the team to include filing, dealing with enquiries, data entry onto our systems.

Prepare and issue quotations to clients and following the process through to order

Deliver excellent customer service

Ability to support Warehouse Operations when required

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration duties

Strong organisational and communication skills

Excellent customer service skills.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

FLT licence

Ability to lift heavy items and perform manual labour.
