A growing food manufacturing business is looking for a Senior Product Developer to take ownership of key NPD projects, leading development activity from initial concept through to successful launch. This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with delivery, working closely with factory and commercial teams to ensure products not only look great on paper but also work at scale. You will play a key role in shaping the product range, improving existing lines and bringing new ideas into the business.
