We are seeking a motivated and creative In-House Architect/Designer to join a small team, working on both commercial and residential projects. In this role, you will be involved in designing, planning, and executing a variety of architectural and interior design projects, focusing on delivering innovative and functional spaces. Collaboration with interior designers, contractors, and vendors is essential to ensure project success, meeting design, client expectations, timelines, and budgets. The ability to produce and understand technical drawings is also vital. Key Responsibilities
Design Development:
Lead the conceptual design and development of interior spaces, emphasizing aesthetic quality and functionality for both commercial and residential projects. Project Coordination:
Manage all project phases, from initial consultation to final installation, ensuring seamless integration of architectural and interior design elements. Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration:
Work closely with interior designers, contractors, and vendors to develop cohesive interior solutions and ensure design standards are met. Project Management:
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and documentation, ensuring deliverables are completed within scope and timeframes. Presentation and Visualizations:
Create and present design proposals using 3D models, renderings, and detailed drawings to communicate design intent effectively. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD and 3D rendering tools. Understanding of building systems, construction practices, and materials. Ability to work effectively within a small, hands-on team environment.
