Part time Para-planner, Olney, Buckinghamshire
Salary £35-£40K pro rata 15-20 hours per week
Our client is a small established Wealth Management company, through continued growth they are looking to recruit a Part Time Paraplanner (qualified or through experience) They will also be prepared to support you through exams to become qualified.
Hours between 15-20 a week can be flexible on hours.
Answering the phones
Processing letters of authority/new business
Providing support to the advisers
Take part in meetings with providers (adds to CPD)
Take responsibility for preparing and maintaining detailed client files and records.
Ensure the highest compliance and organisational standards are maintained.
Some knowledge of financial services industry
Some familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relational databases and software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Team player
Use of initiative
Exceptional client service levels
It would be an advantage if you have knowledge of the wealth management industry or financial services in a support role.
