Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience managing a busy food pub or hospitality venue.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
A passion for great food, drink, and customer service.
Commercially astute with experience in stock control, budgeting, and driving sales.
Community-minded with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
