Customer Service Consultant Pay Rate: £12.30ph Location: Ringwood, Hampshire (Hybrid Working) Contract: Full Time, Temp to Perm Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 7pm, Saturday 8:30am to 5pm, Sunday 9am to 5pm Our client, a highly successful outsourcing provider, is looking for a professional and passionate customer service expert to join their team in Ringwood. As a Contact Centre Consultant, you will be responsible for responding to emails, answering calls, dealing with customer queries on the system. You will be communicating directly with customers on the phone, by email, social media and live web chat.
