People Officer for Recruitment, Training, Learning & Development - £29,000 to £32,500. 12 Month Fixed Term Hybrid Contract (could be longer as Maternity Cover). To start February 2026 to February 2-27 (minimum)
36.25 Working Week – Hybrid – 28 days’ holidays rising with Service – Death in Service - 3 x Annual Salary – Healthcare Cash Back Plan – Flexible Benefits Scheme – Contributory Pension Scheme -

As People Officer you will report to the People Director and be involved in a variety of duties to include:
1. Supporting Recruitment and career events,
2. Producing and Coordinating on-boarding plans for new starters
3. Planning and Delivering Induction
4. Designing and Delivering Training (“face-to-face” and online)
5. Delivering Ad Hoc Training projects for Soft Skills
6. Managing Training Administration and Course Bookings for Qualified team members
7. Promoting and communicating Training opportunities across the Company
8. Coordinating Mental Health First Aid and Work Experience programmes
Skills & Qualifications to include:
9. Experience or Qualifications in Coaching or Training is desirable (but not essential)
10. Pro Active Approach to your work
11. Confident Communicator at all Levels
12. Ability to Design and Deliver Creative Training
13. Have an Engaging Personality
14. Be Organised and Adaptable
15. Have a Genuine Passion for Supporting Others
16. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
To achieve the higher level of salary you will need demonstrate your experience and skills at interview
