Role Overview
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will join a friendly, experienced team with a wealth of industry knowledge. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, develop, and gradually take on more responsibilities as you grow within the business. The team is fun, energetic, and full of personality, and were looking for someone to bring their enthusiasm and character to the role! No previous lettings experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Lettings Negotiator Key Responsibilities
* Registering new applicants and handling inquiries.
* Conducting property viewings and providing prospective tenants with property details.
* Carrying out moving appointments and key releases for tenants.
* Negotiating move-in dates, rent terms, and furnishings between tenants and landlords.
* Collecting and managing necessary documentation for tenant referencing.
* Booking valuations for the Senior Negotiator/Valuer.
* Managing and maintaining records of applicants and properties.
