About You:
You've turned services around before – and you know the grit and grace it takes.
You bring stability and have a track record of longevity in your roles.
You hold (or are working towards) NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management.
You’ve successfully managed medium to large care homes.
Your CQC knowledge is solid – and you know how to put it into action.
You’re a natural leader who can shape a positive, person-centred culture.
