Salary: GBP32000 - GBP36000 per annum + DOE
Opus People Solutions are seeking a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker in Sudbury.

Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain clear boundaries to ensure a safe, secure, and nurturing environment where young people can thrive.
2. Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of professionalism and adherence to policies.
3. Provide emotional and social support, helping young people build meaningful relationships and engage with the local community.
4. Assist the Registered Manager & Deputy Manager, and cover their duties when required.

To be considered, you will have:
1. Experience working in residential child care, child protection, or a similar role.
2. NVQ Level 3 or QCF (Caring for Children & Young People) or equivalent qualification.
3. Full UK Driving License.
