Provide clear communication and guidance to customers throughout the lettings process While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to Group offices and other locations as required. Our Group offices are located at Birmingham Business Park Solihull and Central Park, Worcester. About You You’re someone who puts the customer experience at the heart of everything you do, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring energy and drive to help your team achieve performance-based KPIs — always focused on delivering great results. You’ll have experience in lettings or housing management, ideally gained in a housing association or local authority, and you’re confident working with a wide range of people. You’ve built strong relationships with internal and external partners, and you know how to keep those connections productive and positive. As a supportive team leader, you know how to bring out the best in others. You have experience managing or coaching teams and take an agile, people-first approach to leadership, ideally, in person and remotely. You’re someone who builds trust quickly, with strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills. Please note, this role also requires a basic DBS check.
