This is an office-based role with potential for some hybrid working once settled into role. THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT * Proven experience as an HR Advisor. * Full knowledge of compliance of TUPE regulations to deliver the end-to-end process * Strong understanding of statutory TUPE legislation and employment law * Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, fostering positive internal and external relationships * Ability to create comprehensive project plans and handle drafting correspondence * Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills JOB DESCRIPTION * Write the project TUPE delivery plan, hold (with management) all consultation, take responsibility and keep the business informed, and deliver to the timescale full delivery of service transfer. * Ensure statutory consultation and communication obligations are met. * Draft/coordinate statutory communications with affected employees. * Develop a project plan with clear milestones, responsibilities and timelines. * Provide template letters, meeting notes and compliance records. * Support the transfer of employee liability information. * Reviewing with future employer and follow up with current employer. * Manage stakeholder engagement (employees, unions, incumbent supplier, management). * Liaise with current and future employers. * Manage employee consultation – inc comms pack, FAQs and consultation scripts. * Support in handling employee objections or redundancies post-transfer. * Manage change messaging to reduce employee concern. * Providing HR/legal expertise to ensure a compliant and smooth transition. * Review and confirm applicability of TUPE regulations to the transfer. * Identify risks and ensure compliance. * Delivering final reporting to demonstrate compliance and transfer completion. * Maintain audit trail. * Produce end-to-end project report confirming completion.
