About the Role
This is an exciting and challenging role, reporting to the Centre Principal, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the Sales Team by personally demonstrating and encouraging the skills and behaviours associated with the company and manufacturers brand values.
You will also be responsible for all sales activity to deliver profitability and customer satisfaction, working with teams across the centre and other dealerships to provide a seamless service to customers.
About you
To be successful in this role you will:
- Present strong management and coaching skills gained in a similar role and environment
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Hold the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment resulting in great results of outstanding customer service and selling
- Hold a full clean UK driving licence
