Description We’re on the lookout for compassionate individuals to support the daily operations of our Wellbeing and Support Hub. This is a hands-on, administrative role where you’ll play a key part in helping patients and carers feel at ease while assisting with essential tasks that keep things running efficiently. What you’ll be part of: Managing and updating records through Microsoft Office Introducing patients and carers to our Wellbeing and Support services Communicating important information relating to the Wellbeing and Support Hub with families and staff Helping families by organising transport when needed Ensuring a seamless experience You'd be a great fit if you: Are friendly and enjoy helping others Have polite phone manners and can communicate well Enjoy listening to others and are non-judgmental Like to work independently while being a reliable part of the team Like to ensure high standards of service Comfortable using Email, Microsoft Office and Telephone What’s In It for You?
