Role can be undertaken across all UK office locations) Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 dependant on experience Closing Date is 16th March 2026, however we encourage early applications We are looking for a Discipline Manager for the Business Change Capability to guide and grow the discipline area. Our Business Change capability is a multidisciplinary advisory team that integrates business transformation, change management, enterprise architecture, techno-economic insight and environmental and sustainability expertise into a single, coherent offer. By combining these capabilities, we help clients shape commercially viable, technically robust and sustainable solutions from strategy through to delivery. We help organisations solve complex business challenges, improve operational performance, make informed investment decisions and deliver change effectively - ensuring strategic outcomes are delivered and expected benefits are realised. As Discipline Manager, you will promote technical excellence, professionalism and quality across the capability. You will provide effective line and functional leadership to the team and be accountable for the ongoing development of the discipline in line with company strategy. This includes building capability to meet the evolving needs of our Sales, Strategy and Delivery dimensions through skills development, targeted recruitment, supply chain partnerships and service innovation. What You’ll Be Doing: Manage and mentor Group Leaders, offering line management, pastoral care, and career development guidance Shape and deliver 1- and 5-year capability plans (skills, recruitment, supply chain) aligned to business strategy Oversee salary reviews and promotion assessments in line with competency frameworks Balance team capacity and demand, mobilising resources to meet strategic and tactical needs Champion technical excellence and quality standards across projects and commercial activity Contribute directly to technical delivery and delegated project roles Support risk management, client engagement, and new business development Advance interdisciplinary investment opportunities consistent with the company’s strategic goals Manage and protect intellectual property in collaboration with legal and innovation teams What We’re Looking For We welcome candidates from all backgrounds who bring: Extensive experience in a consultancy environment.
