Home Manager Requirements:
* Elderly Dementia experience
* NVQ L5 (minimum to be working towards)
* CQC experience
* Nurse Qualification Essential
As a Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of an elderly nursing home within a company that has experience of Good and Outstanding CQC reports in a purpose-built Home that gives great dementia care.
You will work alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life within a residential dementia setting, all this whilst working in a brilliant company who do their best to get the best for those in their care.
