A bit about the role:
* As a team, we are passionate about customer experience. We focus on hiring candidates with previous customer-focused experience. We are happy to support a new team member unfamiliar with the trade with all required product and brand training.
* Updating and maintaining customer data and managing enquiry information on a team-run enquiry log.
* Funnelling enquiries through to the sales team in their early stages and updating sales systems.
* Gathering accurate and efficient customer information for our various systems.
* Dealing with initial customer enquiries before handing them over to one of our dedicated Sales Executives.
* Supporting with various campaigns for the dealership, including events and new model releases.
What you will bring:
* A passion for customer experience and a drive to offer 10 out of 10 service.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with good organisational skills.
* Proficient IT skills, with knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
* The ability to work within a friendly and hard-working team while managing your own diary.
