Job Title: IT Lead (IT Management & Operations – Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid – Milton Keynes (Occasional travel to other UK/EU sites)
Duration: 3–6 months initially
An exciting opportunity has arisen for our Milton Keynes based customer. They're seeking a hands-on technical, IT Manager to oversee infrastructure, service delivery, and day-to-day IT operations in a hybrid environment. This role requires a technically strong individual comfortable supporting servers, cloud services, and end-user environments while working closely with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, endpoints, networks, and cloud services
Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Intune environments
Maintain Hyper-V virtual infrastructure
Provide escalation support across 1st–3rd line issues
Monitor system performance, security, and availability
Support vulnerability management, patching, and backups
Assist with upgrades, migrations, and improvement initiatives
Support a device estate of approximately 100 Dell and HP endpoints and Dell servers
Work with stakeholders to deliver reliable and secure IT services
Travel occasionally to other sites, including internationally, when required
