Salary: £26,302 + 30% OTB


Overview

We help businesses of all sizes to reach their digital goals. Our customers range from big household names, government departments and the public sector, to small businesses and new start-ups. We provide fixed voice, mobility, fibre connectivity, and IT services, as well as future-facing innovations such as 5G, IoT and AI. BT Wholesale, part of Enterprise, helps around 1,400 providers and organisations deliver fixed or mobile phone services.


What You’ll Do

You will deliver defined revenue, product volume and quality targets through the acquisition, up-sell and retention of UK SME customers for BT Business or EE Business Mobile. Sales opportunities are initiated by either an inbound call from a customer or outbound call as part of specific campaigns and in accordance with business requirements. You will answer and respond to customer enquiries efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with defined processes and procedures.


Skills You’ll Need

* Confident and effective communicator
* Comfortable using IT systems, databases and software packages
* Track record of achieving or exceeding targets
* Adaptable and willing to learn
* Customer service skills
* Sales experience is advantageous
