Responsibilities
* Build constructive, positive and professional relationships with offenders who could be at the lowest point in their lives.
* Work as part of a team to keep the prison, offenders and staff safe, and support colleagues as one team.
* Carry out duties across shifts and weekends as required.
* Carry out roles such as peacekeeper, counsellor or teacher in the course of the day.
* Work directly with prisoners in a unique environment, helping to protect the public and make a positive impact.
